Situated in the heart of the Mendips with some of the region's finest rides, what does the Petruth Paddocks livery yard offer you?

Located at Labourham Drove, it is just 5 minutes walk from the village of Cheddar. With adjacent access to a variety of bridleways and country roads this yard is close to some of the loveliest riding imaginable. Easy access from nearby areas such as Wells, Glastonbury, Street and Weston all less than 30 minutes drive on easy roads.

Directions to the site:

If using satnav, enter the postcode BS27 3XW but follow the directions below as soon as you leave the A371 otherwise you will end up in a housing estate!

Entering Cheddar from the West:

Travel along the A371 through the centre of Cheddar village. You will pass Tescos on your right and the Bath Arms on your left. Continue on this road passing St Andrew’s Church followed by Cheddar Football club on your right. After a further 250 yards, take a right hand turn off the A371 into Labourham Way. Then take an immediate left and slow to walking pace. Do not follow the road round to the left as this leads to a dead-end and a very long reverse! Rather, drive straight ahead and down the track. After 500 yards you will find the livery yard entrance on your left hand side.

Entering Cheddar from the East:

Travel along the A371 through Draycott. You will pass the Cheddar Garden Centre and The Kart track followed by a nasty S bend. On exiting the bend, take an immediate left into Labourham Way. Then take an immediate left and slow to walking pace. Do not follow the road round to the left as this leads to a dead-end and a very long reverse! Rather, drive straight ahead and down the track. After 500 yards you will find the livery yard entrance on your left hand side.
