The Government guidelines are changing all the time so we will edit the policy document and adjust our practical measures as and when things change but for now, be assured that:

Our toilets and showers are all open and are being cleaned constantly

Special Covid related financial terms

If you are unable to stay owing to COVID19 health or travel restrictions, we will:

Postpone your booking and greet you with beer!
Refund your booking less a £10 processing charge.

A few key points for good measure:

Do download the NHS test and trace app

Campfires! We are still supplying fire-drums, logs, kindling, paper, and lighters!

Payment: Cash or card are accepted.

If your group is or becomes primarily an adult group with a few children i.e., 80/20-ish please contact us so that we can:

1. Discuss how we best site your group.
2. Explain our Adult Behaviour Bond policy and send you details.

A note about pitch types:

Grass: This is the best pitch type for adult groups. You can pitch in a circle round a fire.

Powered Grass: These are located in our field for family groups, so you’ll be in a line and amongst families whose comfort we need to ensure.

Powered Hardstanding: These are located in our field for young families, so you’ll be in a line and amongst single families with a 10pm noise curfew.

Powered Bell tents: These are pre-erected and others in the group will be pitched close by.

Shepherd Huts and Bowtop Caravans: these are in a separate field 2-3 minutes’ walk away and can be booked by members of your group but not pitched or gathered around.
