Looking to book an under 18 stay without parents?
That’s fine with us so long as we have:
1. Parental consent
2. A max of 10 people
3. Agreement to our Behaviour bond

PARENTAL CONSENT
We love having young people stay but we do need to know that your parents are cool about it too.
Please ask each parent to pop us an email before arrival with the following:
1. Agreement to your stay
2. Their mobile numbers
3. Acknowledgement that departure will be immediate if alcohol/drugs are consumed

BEHAVIOUR BOND – WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?
We want everyone to feel comfortable here
Whilst you’ll be pitched amongst others like you, there’s often only a hedge between you and a family wanting a peaceful stay
Our Behaviour bond of £150 is paid in advance by the group organiser / parent for all groups of 5-10 people.
The bond gets refunded within 7 days of departure so long as:
1. We’ve not had to ask more than once for music to be off and chatter to be quiet by 11pm
2. No other campers have complained
3. Rubbish has been recycled
If just one person lets you down, the entire £150 will be retained
A note about pitch types:
Grass:
This is the best pitch type for 18’s groups. You can pitch in a circle round a fire.
Powered Grass:
These are located in our field for family groups, so you’ll be in a line and amongst families whose comfort we need to ensure.
Powered Hardstanding:
These are located in our field for young families, so you’ll be in a line and amongst single families with a 10pm noise curfew.
Powered Bell tents:
These are pre-erected and others in the group will be pitched close by.
Shepherd Huts and Bowtop Caravans:
these are in a separate field 2-3 minutes’ walk away and can be booked by members of your group but not pitched or gathered around.
