BEHAVIOUR BOND – WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?
We want everyone to feel comfortable here. Whilst you’ll be pitched amongst others like you, there’s often only a hedge between you and a family wanting a peaceful stay
Our Behaviour bond of £150 is paid in advance by the group organiser / parent for all groups of 5-10 people. We’ll send you a link 2-weeks before arrival.
The bond gets refunded within 7 days of departure so long as:
1. We’ve not had to ask more than once for music to be off and chatter to be quiet by 11pm
2. No other campers have complained
3. Rubbish has been recycled
4. No grass has been burnt
If just one person lets you down, the entire £150 will be retained
So, you’d like to get-away and chill-out with a group of friends – great idea! Making it happen can be like herding cats so how about we take care of that for you? Just follow these simple steps:

If your group is less than 5 adults you can either make:
a) One booking yourself
or
b) each of you make individual bookings and mention in the notes section you would like to be placed together, no need to go through the group process.
A note about pitch types:
Grass:
This is the best pitch type for groups. You can pitch in a circle round a fire.
Powered Grass:
Your pitch will be separate to those on non-powered pitches. Exact location varies according to how busy we are. We’ll always try to pitch you in the same field to those on grass-only pitches but we can’t guarantee it.
Powered Hardstanding:
These are fully serviced, more formal and located in our family field – separate to those in your group on non- powered pitches and with a 10pm noise curfew.
Powered Bell tents:
These are pre-erected for you and others in your group will be pitched close by.
Shepherd Huts and Bowtop Caravans:
These are in a separate field 2-3 minutes’ walk away and can be booked by members of your group but not pitched or gathered around.
