PARENTAL CONSENT
We love having young people stay but we do need to know that your parents are cool about it too.
Please ask each parent to pop us an email before arrival with the following:
1. State the group name
2. Agree to your stay
3. Provide contact mobile numbers
4. Acknowledge that departure will be immediate if alcohol/drugs are consumed

BEHAVIOUR BOND – WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?
We want everyone to feel comfortable here. Whilst you’ll be pitched amongst others like you, there’s often only a hedge between you and a family wanting a peaceful stay
Our Behaviour bond of £150 is paid in advance by the group organiser / parent for all groups of 5-10 people. We’ll send you a link 2-weeks before arrival.
The bond gets refunded within 7 days of departure so long as:
1. We’ve not had to ask more than once for music to be off and chatter to be quiet by 11pm
2. No other campers have complained
3. Rubbish has been recycled
4. No grass has been burnt
5. No alcohol or drugs have been used
If just one person lets you down, the entire £150 will be retained
Looking to book an under 18 stay without parents?
That’s fine with us so long as we have:
1. Parental consent
2. A max of 10 people
3. Agreement to our Behaviour bond
Just follow these steps:
A note about pitch types:
Grass:
This is the best pitch type for groups. You can pitch in a circle round a fire.
Powered Grass:
Your pitch will be separate to those on non-powered pitches. Exact location varies according to how busy we are. We’ll always try to pitch you in the same field to those on grass-only pitches but we can’t guarantee it.
Powered Hardstanding:
These are not suitable for group bookings.
Powered Bell tents:
These are pre-erected for you and others in your group will be pitched close by.
Shepherd Huts and Bowtop Caravans:
These are in a separate field 2-3 minutes’ walk away and can be booked by members of your group but not pitched or gathered around.
