Behaviour Bond

We want everyone to feel comfortable on our site and whilst you’ll be pitched alongside other adult groups, we have many couples and families with young children just the other side of the hedge seeking a peaceful stay.

One of the ways we ensure this this is by taking a behaviour bond of £150 for all adult groups. We will ask you, the group organiser for a single card payment prior to arrival.

The bond will be refunded within 7 days of your departure on condition that:

1. We’ve not had to ask more than once for your group to turn music off at 11 or keep to quiet chatter after.
2. We’ve not had complaints from other campers.
3. Your group has left their pitch clean and all rubbish has either been recycled or taken home.
4. If under 18, no alcohol or substances are consumed

If just one member lets the group down, the entire £150 will be retained.

You’ll be sent a payment link one week prior to your stay and we refund to the same card.
