Enjoy your soak – safely and cleanly!

Heating the Tub

Open the firebox by sliding the lid to the left.
Build your fire using small dry wood and a firelighter.
After 5 minutes, add 4 to 5 logs. Continue adding wood every 30–40 minutes.
Stir the water every 30 minutes to help it heat evenly.
Use the temperature gauge provided – the ideal temperature is 37-38°C (about body temperature).
Once the ideal temp is reached, slide the lid over to the right to reduce the airflow and slow down the heat.
There are no dials – just add wood a little at a time to control the heat.
Your tub should be ready to remove the thermal bubble cover and use within 2 hours.

Before You Get In

Shower before using the hot tub – it helps keep the water clean.
Don’t use the tub with open cuts, infections, or if feeling unwell.
Please avoid grass, soap, shampoo, or sunscreen in the water.
Children – before use, check the temperature is less than 38 degrees and ensure they are always supervised.
Stick to the maximum number of people allowed (6 adults or children).

While You’re In

Enter and exit carefully – surfaces may be slippery.
No glass or food in or near the tub and limit soaks to 1 hour.
Avoid excessive alcohol while soaking - hot water amplifies its effects increasing the risk of fainting/dehydration.
If the water looks murky or smells odd, do not enter the tub. Please inform a member of the team immediately.
Pop the zipped cover back on when done/overnight to ensure safety for children and animals.

After You’re Done

Please dry off before returning to your pitch.
Leave the draining and cleaning to us – we've got it covered.
Let us know if anything felt off – feedback keeps things safe.

If you’ve hired the tub for more than 24 hours, we’ll be over to drain and refill. Please do not use the tub until this is done – if you’ve not spotted us, please check with us before using.
